N60 Firmware Download(Latest)

Release Date: 2024-12-04 Version: 2.03.0006

New Features:
● Upgraded to NDI 6, adding support for 'HDR' and 'NDI Bridge' functionality.
a.'HDR' feature requires sources and displays that support HDR.
b. The new 'NDI Bridge' supports the remote transmission of NDI signals across public networks.
● Added support for RTSP and RTMP protocols. (Currently, RTMP only supports H.264 encoding)
● Support for encoding input sources at a resolution of 4096x2160.
● A new de-interlacing feature has been added to streaming protocols, which can be enabled or disabled as needed, supporting the encoding of video in interlaced scan formats.

Optimizations:
● KIS Intercom Optimization: Fixed the issue of occasional failure to send voice during calls, making the updated voice call feature more stable. (Optimization is based on KIS versions 0025 and above)
● EDID optimization to improve device compatibility.
● System maintenance functionality has been optimized. Now it supports customizing the reboot time, allowing users to set any time of a day.

Fixed issues:
● Fixed the issue of shared memory plugin exception under multiple protocols, which caused the problem of occasional failure to pull streams.
● Fixed the occasional device configuration information loss issue.
● Fixed device memory leak issues.
● Fixed the issue where switching signal sources in decoding mode causes the system to freeze and web pages to fail to display.
● Fixed occasional device crashes in unicast mode.

Precautions:
1.In high bitrate (>80M) encoding scenarios, considering the device and storage performance, it is not recommended to record while encoding
2.If the device is restarted or the TF card/USB storage device is removed during recording, the recording file will not be playable.
3.Please avoid setting the same channel name for HB/HX streams, otherwise the recording will fail.
4.When using network storage (NAS) to record, please ensure that the network storage has sufficient read and write resources, otherwise the N60 may fail to load the storage device.
5.If the storage device's read and write speeds are insufficient, recording may stop automatically.
6.After the NDI video source is restarted, the port may be reallocated, resulting in no decoding output. The decoding end needs to click the refresh button to update the decoding list.
7.When changing the resolution of the video source, the encoding output page will be briefly black for about 3 seconds.
8.In 'NDI Bridge' mode, audio and video may become unsynchronized when the network is unstable.

How can we help?
