Free extended warranty：
Based on the standard warranty period, Kiloview also provides customers with free extended warranty and paid extended warranty after registration. The extended product warranty period is composed of the original warranty period and the extended warranty period. More details are as follows:
Service Description:
You can register for a free extended warranty on the KILOVIEW official website and provide us with your company information and the product’s barcode that needs to be registered for an extended warranty. Registered products can be added for free for one year, based on the standard warranty period. The effective date of the extended warranty will be activated on the registration date.
Application deadline:
Please make the registration and application within the standard warranty period provided by Kiloview. If the registration is made beyond the standard warranty period, the activated date of the extended warranty will be calculated from the end of the standard warranty period.
Note: If the product has exceeded its warranty period and the warranty has not been extended in time, any failure that occurs before the extended warranty period takes effect will not be covered by the warranty. To protect your rights and interests, please extend the warranty in time.
Paid extended warranty：

You are advised to pay for an extended warranty on the KILOVIEW official website, where registration and payment of the corresponding fee ensure this service is provided. The effective date of the extended warranty will begin when the paid extended warranty contract is signed.
Application deadline:
Please register and apply for a paid extended warranty within the standard warranty period provided by KILOVIEW. After purchasing KILOVIEW products, submit an extended warranty application to the local dealer within one month. If your product is ordered directly from KILOVIEW, you can apply for it to KILOVIEW.
